Team Fees: Early Bird 945.0 per team + 13.0% HST; Regular 1045.0 per team + 13.0% HST

Individual Fees: Early Bird 189.0 + 13.0% HST; Regular 289.0 + 13.0% HST

Disclaimer: All Indoor Programs require clean indoor shoes that do not mark the gym floors. All players must change shoes before starting any EVP Indoor Program. Players will not be permitted onto the courts without proper shoes.

Note to captains:
- Teams are required to have a minimum of 6 players.
- You will be asked to provide the email addresses of all your team members - if you do not have all their emails now, you can still register your team to reserve your spot and add their emails later.
- Emails will be sent to your team members to register and accept waivers online.
- Your team members must all register online. Teams are required to have at least 6 team members fully registered online before the program start date to be added to the schedule.

- THURSDAY, APRIL 27 (FACILITY CLOSURE)
